On an incredibly steep trajectory do epic immersed themselves in the world of shisha, taking Al Fakher from being a b2b factory brand and repositioned them to become a customer centric, forward facing brand. What’s more is halfway through the reposition, we were faced with COVID which meant not only did we reposition a brand ordinarily associated with human connection, we also needed to ensure they lived digitally. The results: an insanely happy partner!
